Yes it is true it was an update.This past week is the most update able week in the history.Google has been working on many updates recently those were Panda,Penguin,EMD update,but today we will discuss about totally a new concept,which is PL(Page Layout) update.We can also name it Ad Layout penalty.So today we will discuss about what is Page Layout update and What is the feature of this update.

What Is Google PL(Page Layout) Update

As from the term,Google Page Layout update is a Ad Layout update.The site who have only focuses on their advertising and forget about their visitors,they will affect by this update.

Recently Matt Cutt tweeted about this update and said Google are experience feedback from their followers that,they are facing many problems,when they visit some site they feel that those sites are full of advertisement and it is most irritating.So after analyzing this problems Google published this update.Lets see Matt Cutt's tweet about it:

As we see from the Tweet about 0.7% of English site has been affected.Actually those peoples who add Ads with their content or who mixed the Ads with their content.So if you want to stay safe then try to adjust your Ads now and separate Ads from your content.
